Most Home Care Physio programs start with an individualised assessment to determine your therapy needs and ensure you have the appropriate equipment for you to remain safe.
NDIS and HCP physiotherapy fees can be paid for partially by your private health insurance provider. Instant claims can be made for the following private health insurance funds:

PLEASE NOTE: – Each service is delivered by a registered Physiotherapist. Private health insurance rebates are applicable. If you’re unable to claim immediately through your health insurance provider, we can issue a receipt. Please note that each consultation needs to be paid in full before a receipt can be given. This receipt can be used to claim through your private health insurance provider. To find out the rebate for each consultation please check with your insurer. – Payments are to be made by either Electronic Funds Transfer or by Card (No additional surcharge use of the card). Further information regarding payments will be listed on the invoice. – Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)/ Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) referrals require a gap payment. Medicare will pay up to $52.95 for each service. Clients will however be bulk billed if there is a valid EPC/ CDM referral.
A full consult fee will be charged if a cancellation is made within 1 hour of the appointment or if the client is not present or available at the commencement of the scheduled appointment time.
No additional travel or call-out fee is required for patients funded by a home care package.
Physiotherapy Fees will be periodically reviewed and may be updated from time to time.
